I, the undersigned on Sept. 2, 2023, assume full and complete responsibility for any injury or accident, which may occur during my participation in this event or while I am on the premises of the event. I hereby release and hold harmless The Jesaiah Foundation, the GM&O Rails to Trails Recreational District of North MS, sponsors, and all other persons and entities associated with the event. I will not enter and participate unless medically fit and/or properly trained.  I assume the risk associated with this event, including but not limited to falls, contact with participants, effects of weather, and the conditions of the trial. I further grant my permission to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other records of this event without compensation. I have read the forgoing; certify my agreement as evidenced by signing below as a participant/or guardian.
